Our ability to continue to offer these services while also managing them well is part of the reason we’ve been able to grow as desired.

Gusto saves me time and money with everything being automated, like employee on-boarding. Gusto offers reports that are easy to understand. Gusto was extremely helpful during COVID shutdown in helping me understand my options and how I can help employees. They also provided easy to understand and easy to generate information on how to obtain the funding needed to keep my business afloat during the COVID shutdown.

Gusto benefits makes getting my important HR questions answered in a worry-free environment, where I post my question to customer service and am given a diligent and thorough answer to make it easier for me to guide staff and make decisions. Having everything all at my disposal in one portal makes this a no-brainer. Gusto is easy to navigate and carry out tasks, and decisions are easy to make.

With Gusto benefits, everything is in one place and there is less to manage. Also it is helping us take good care of our full time employees. Adults in the restaurant industry often struggle with not receiving the normal perks that more office style careers include. We are happy to be able to offer that to our staff and we believe it gives us longevity in their employment with us. We are saving money and making sure we are able to stay healthy physically and financially.

Gusto has everything—payroll, benefits, time off—in one system which makes everything easier for both employees and employers. I don’t get questions anymore about where to find things because everyone knows that it’s all in Gusto. Our previous platform was supposed to do all this as well, but implementation was poor, errors were common, and we ended up spending way too much time cleaning up the provider’s messes. Gusto has proven to be the better solution – it prevents headaches, saves the company money, and gives us all peace of mind.

Even as someone who has managed benefits selection for our company, I still find the task of decoding benefits daunting. Gusto makes it much easier to understand what my benefits are by breaking plans down in the “What’s Covered” tab, providing links to our plan’s documentation, listing contact information for my provider, and breaking down cost and coverage periods.

Having benefits with Gusto helps our organization attract and retain outstanding team members. More, it allows us to provide more value to our team members in a way that does not add burden to our people operations. If it were not for Gusto benefits, we would probably not be able to recruit at a high level, retain key players, or be a well-rounded destination employer. That helps me build a stronger organization and scale faster.
