Gusto benefits empowers the employees to handle their benefits themselves. They are responsible for making sure they sign up and can compare plans privately, without having to reach out about how different aspects of plans will impact them. It frees up my time and I don’t have to worry about compliance.

Gusto benefits streamlines everything. Before Gusto, we used a broker, and even then I was doing too much work and the benefits were not as visible to our employees. Instead of employees asking me for ID cards, to see what’s covered, or make changes, and me having to figure it out or ask the broker, now they have all of that at their fingertips so that they can figure it out themselves. Which saves us both time because they can quickly find the answer they are looking for. Plus literally everything is under one roof so they can access anything they need. Moving everything to Gusto was a no brainer.

As CEO of a small but growing company, having a platform that combines payroll and benefits is super helpful. Both can be painful to manage. But using an amazing platform like Gusto makes it simple! I love being able to review multiple plans and then allowing my employees to pick the plan that fits them best. We LOVE being able to have our employees make their healthcare selection inside Gusto. It makes it so easy for the employee to manage their healthcare options! The Gusto agents are also really helpful in answering any questions I have. I LOVE Gusto!
