Gusto puts benefits and payroll in one place and I can’t overstate how awesome that is because I don’t think of my company as a disjointed collection of stuff. Gusto makes the process seem like this is the way it SHOULD have been designed from the beginning. As an entrepreneur, my skill set does not translate well to the benefits administration aspect of running a company. Gusto does all the stuff I hate to do, so my employees and I can focus on the things we love to do.

Having our benefits run through Gusto greatly streamlines and reduces work for me as a small business owner and puts employees in control with easy access through a single platform. I’ve tried the competition (independent broker and local payroll service) and found it outdated, slow, and difficult to interface with as an owner and as an employee. I’ve saved so so so much time. Gusto comes highly recommended by myself and others.

We are a tiny organization with remote employees working across the nation. Working with Gusto makes it a lot easier for us to provide our staff with the benefits they need. It makes my life easier as the ED for the organization. Beyond the benefit services they also provide fairly comprehensive people management software and that makes my life a lot easier and saves our organization time and money.

I love that Gusto has everything under the same dashboard and that enrollment is seamlessly handled under the same umbrella. Employees feel more confident about their benefits when they are accessible in one central place/dashboard. It saves me time in the long run as all details are in one central place and customer support has been very quick to respond to any benefits related questions along the way.

Benefits with Gusto does a really solid job of getting everything under one roof for most businesses. And for small businesses, I feel like it’s a strong advantage because you get more functionality than you would in the larger marketplace. The UI is so much simpler and better organized then other platforms.

Gusto understands small business needs. They get in a way the big guys don’t. The UI is elegant and intuitive and enrolling new employees is effortless. I am an HR professional with a wide range of responsibilities and having a tool like Gusto has allowed me to put minimal effort into a wide range of tasks. The best part is, I can do that with total confidence.

I like that the employee can log in to their Gusto account and access their information themselves without having to ask me. Another benefit is that because they do our benefits and our payroll, I know the health care deductions are always correct. It nice having everything in one place and one contact.

Gusto has an all-in-one system for benefits and payroll which saves time and makes things more clear. Gusto’s intuitive website is already easy to use, so adding benefits to the platform made that part of our business just as seamless. We now have easy access to all paperwork and information.

I love that all my benefits are consolidate under one roof. Prior to gusto we had one person doing payroll for each salon location we owned. It took many hours to coordinate all employees information and was costly. We now have each location manager running payroll for their locations and it is a win win. Employees can go direct should their be any questions or issues all managers can control payroll costs more effectively.

Gusto just makes it incredibly easy to manage benefits for us, and it is pretty much a must for recruitment. I’ve also found Gusto’s customer service to be excellent and that has made the process much less intimidating. The peace of mind I have knowing that Gusto handles our benefits and is also my trusted advisor any time I have questions or concerns about the process just can’t be overstated. It really frees up my mind to focus on running my business instead of worrying about our benefits.

Having benefits with Gusto has made my life so much easier. My employees can find all the info they need, so I don’t have to look it up for them. With a new employee I can just print out the averages and plans available without a lot of digging. For me personally, everything is laid out in my check so I know what I’m paying. When it is time to pick out a plan I can clearly see what is offered, how much it will cost for my family, and pick the best plan for us.
