Gusto made it easy to offer benefits to employees and I am sure that it is being done right. Having it tied into payroll automatically is the best part. I don’t have to manage varying Benefits/HR/Payroll systems because Gusto has it all in one. That saves so much time!

In the past, we were managing our benefits ourselves mostly, even though we had a broker. Having everything managed through Gusto, makes the process so much easier and helps to make sure we don’t miss any deadlines, whether it be with new employees or renewals. The amount of time it saves is great and my employees appreciate having an easy way to enroll and to reach out with questions they might have.

Gusto benefits is a simple set up with employee self-service and all in one system integration which makes administration easy. The accounting software integration makes record keeping simple. Really, everything is simple – administration, changes, enrollment, reporting, etc. I love having control over the process and timeline through self-service. Waiting on customer service reps to execute tasks I could complete myself is not something I enjoy. With Gusto, this isn’t a problem.

Gusto makes it so easy for our employees to enroll, make changes, and ask questions. Gusto’s automated system makes the entire process so much better for everyone and it took all of the administrative burdens away from me. When a new employee started work, we were required to fill out an 11-page paper form with our previous benefits provider. In this day and age, that is crazy! Employees also did not have the visibility into their plans or the ability to make changes, so that became my task as the payroll and benefits administrator. Now, everything is through Gusto and it is very transparent and seamless.

Gusto massively simplifies the benefits process for business owners and their accounting partners. It is easy for me as a business owner to go thru the (now less painful) annual benefits renewal process, and knowing that my benefits are up to date let’s me focus on more important tasks.

Having integrated health benefits saves time and errors when onboarding new employees and plan changes during open enrollment. Errors regarding benefits and cost sharing can be really unnerving for employees, costly for the business, and finding and correcting those errors is a time drain. We have not had these issues after switching to Gusto benefits.
