Gusto reports are easy to use, the integration even down to the department makes posting payroll so much easier, onboarding is super easy (even mid-year!), customer support is very helpful in the rare case of any issues, benefits across the US are a fantastic option (especially for so many remote employees!)
I’ll be honest – the only reason I can’t give it a five star rating is the limitation of vacation tracking and the handling of S-Corp owner HSA contributions which are exempt from FICA and medicare taxes (it is my understanding that Gusto can’t handle this).

Biggest thing is not having to file payroll taxes and having taxes drafted each payroll. It makes the payroll tax virtually disappear. Clients also like how easy it is to process payroll and onboard new employees.
