Everything for benefits is integrated with Gusto payroll, it’s all in one place. If I need assistance, I simply e-mail the benefits team. With my previous provider, I had to login, go through a series of questions to submit a query online, to only then get bounced around to different people in search of my solution. I love that I know that I can login to my Gusto account to get my benefits information anytime, on my phone on the go. I can reach out to Support at anytime. I can run reports that get me information that is very clear and easy to read. The clarity is there for me – and for all employees who need access in a simple, straight-forward way, such that I don’t get a lot of questions and can focus on other tasks.

Having benefits with Gusto is an advantage for my business because it’s straight forward and simple to understand, both for me as an administrator and my employees. I have everything in one place and the convenience in it connecting to other systems. I have great support if I ever need additional assistance and I don’t have to wonder if the bases are covered. Gusto’s platform is attractive because it empowers employees to manage their own tax forms and paystubs. This is beneficial to my time management especially around tax season, so I spend my time on other valuable aspects of the business that need my attention. Gusto is our first payroll provider, and I’m thankful for that. I’ve heard horror stories about working with other payroll providers and I was not looking forward to dealing with it. Gusto has taken so much administrative work off my plate! I’m very grateful. Keep up the great work! We LOVE Gusto.

Not only do I appreciate the ease with which Gusto allows me to pay my team and contractors but Gusto’s communications are helpful and pleasant, the customer service is first rate and friendly, and they keep adding features that help without adding complexity. I tell everyone that Gusto sets a high bar for a tech (and payroll) experience.

Gusto’s customer service is MUCH easier to contact than other payroll providers- which is a must! Payroll issues are usually very urgent and affect the livelihood of our and our clients’ employees. Other providers are very hard to reach and even harder to get them to fix things properly.

Gusto offers time-tracking integrations which makes the entry much more accurate and take out so much of the potential for manual entry errors. It is also great that Gusto notifies me when there is a tax notice and puts me in contact with a specialist who takes care of the issue. Gusto also takes care of ALL of our payroll tax filings, compared to other payroll providers who pick and choose which tax filings they are willing to complete.

Gusto is much easier to use than my previous payroll provider, and includes options to help grow the business and retain employees through so many different benefits in addition to payroll. This has encouraged me to add more full- and part-time employees to our payroll out of the freelance ranks.
