I’m proud to be able to offer a service that is reliable, cost effective, and easy to use. I love that using Gusto has turned payroll into just a minor task rather than a huge, time-consuming part of my business. Also love the ability to receive referral fees, or choose to pass those on to the client. I’m always thrilled when a new client comes to me and is already using it, but adding them is also a breeze! But the best has to be receiving free payroll for our firm – I would not choose any other provider!

Gusto improved my day-to-day work on behalf of my clients by reminding me when payroll is due, and by my knowing that payroll taxes are being paid on time, as well as quarterly and annual reporting requirements are met. All of this brings peace of mind and allows me time to interact with clients on other matters.

Gusto treats me as a partner and the company continually innovates and develops – THAT is awesome! The Guideline partnership is wonderful as well as Work Comp and other items. Gusto removes the PAIN caused by payroll. From onboarding to paying employees to terminating, it is 1-2-3 easy. All other systems have square wheels in comparison. Keep up the great work!

Through Gusto, I am able to offer a service to my clients that is easy to use, offers all the same features as previous payroll providers, at a lower, easier-to-predict price, with other features that make life easier. Forget to pay someone? Run a special one-time payroll – no charge. Want a bonus payroll? Easy – type it in, and you’ll get it. No charge. Want to change from bi-weekly to weekly? Sure thing. The automation of the program makes me feel in control.

My favorite thing about being a Gusto Partner is everything is handled by Gusto on the payroll side for my clients and I don’t have to worry about them staying compliant or doing it themselves. I just make sure they get set up and have all the customer service phone numbers, then I focus on other things for their business.

My favorite thing about being a Gusto partner is that I can call anytime I have questions, & Gusto’s customer service is always quick to help. I can smoothly run payroll for my remote clients, and Gusto makes it possible for me to offer payroll & human resources services to my clients without me having to know everything about everything. Utilizing integrations with Deputy and T-Sheets makes payroll especially easy since the client approves the time sheets, and the integrations eliminate any possible mistakes from manual data entry.

I appreciate having my own advisor and I also like my Gusto socks! I have done payroll for years and totally know how to do it, but I love not having to worry about it any more. Payroll is better outsourced, and it’s better outsourced to a company that is so customer responsive. My clients are better served and now I have more free time to offer advisory services.

Gusto has been a dream! They are always striving for excellence! The last payroll service I used (Paychex) was an absolute nightmare. It was difficult to use, the customer service was non existent, and the product was really outdated. I was spending way too much time doing something that should not be challenging.

Prior to owning my own firm, I ran payroll through QuickBooks for previous employers. It was super time consuming and prone to many errors. I also had an experience with Paychex. They made many errors. When I started my bookkeeping firm, I wasn’t even offering payroll because I couldn’t stand it. Then Gusto came along and I am in LOVE!!! Keep up the amazing work you are doing, Gusto Team. You are truly valued!

Gusto’s interface is very user friendly and far less intimidating for my clients than a lot of other payroll services. It’s easy to navigate and I love that it syncs so well with QuickBooks. As long as the mapping is set up, there is ZERO work to do for me to get payroll entered in QuickBooks.

Gusto is just more streamlined than my previous payroll provider. It’s something I deal with for 20 minutes twice a month. Before, things would always pop up that needed attention between payrolls. Gusto helps me by taking care of the minutia so I can focus elsewhere.
Gusto was the first platform that offered real PPP assistance. We got our loan in the first round because of that. That and the ease of use makes me a happy customer.

I love Gusto so much more than the other provider I was using. The other provider I used made mistakes that they refused to fix and were costly to me. Even with the proof I sent, they refused to fix the issue. When Gusto made a mistake one time, I contacted them to provide proof but it wasn’t even necessary because Gusto was already on it and fixing it, and by the time I contacted them they had already been working on it. That and the fact that they’re completely automated, my CPA can access everything, and it’s easy to use – that is why I love Gusto.

I appreciate being able to add a bonus or correct payroll without being charged. I really appreciated Gusto creating the PPP loan report needed to help me apply for my PPP loan. That was incredible! Saved me so much time, allowing me to process my application quickly and eventually secure a loan.

As the admin & payroll manager, I have been working remotely from my team since I set up Gusto. They work together and self-manage and I can take care of everything on my end without much delay. I LOVE that staff has access to using resources, like the new Gusto savings account, without me needing to be involved. This makes us much more self-sufficient which really fits our company culture. Gusto is easy for me to use and easy for my staff to use. All I have to do is tell them: “Look for an email from Gusto.”

I love Gusto’s dashboard and how easy the site is to navigate. I haven’t used a payroll provider before, but I recommend Gusto to all of my colleagues starting their own companies. I also really appreciated and respected how Gusto offered payment pauses during Covid-19 and the increased resources provided for PPP and other pandemic assistance programs. It made me confident in my ability to apply for the PPP, and it also showed me the humanity in Gusto’s core values.
