Gusto is much easier & faster to use to run payroll. I also really like the ease of pulling forms & documents that some of my clients’ CPAs ask for. The one thing that is tough is getting customer service, sometimes that is not easy or the person is not sure how to handle a situation.

The ease of use is incredible — other payroll applications are unnecessarily burdened with tasks, steps that just don’t need to be there. The user experience with Gusto is among the best I’ve ever seen/had.
