We’re currently using ‘Ingenuity’ and ‘HGMD’ to find pathogenic variants after NGS analysis. The filtering function and literature search are very convenient for us because it takes less time than just searching Pubmed. ACMG guidelines evaluation results are useful too.

Would you recommend our software to others, and if so, why?

Yes. Easy to use and good overall.

I’m satisfied in using HGMD as it enables quick data acquisition and mutation assesment. In particular, identification of mutations incorrectly described in the literature is enhanced, making the HGMD unique and very helful.

Would you recommend our software to others, and if so, why?

Yes, I would, as I have used it for several years and I’m very satisfied to have it as an external, curated database.

I regularly use IPA’s canonical pathway enrichment, upstream regulator, and causal network analysis with both bulk and single cell RNA-Seq data. It’s absolutely awesome since I typically work with data from a wide range of immune cell types.

Would you recommend our software to others, and if so, why?

I definitely recommend your software since it’s very practical to use and provides in-depth analysis of genomic data using manually curated biological findings from the literature.
