It’s simple really. Trello has allowed my sales team to effectively communicate with our marketing team on different initiatives created. The real-time updates, as well as the due dates have helped create a time-sensitive and easy-flowing work environment. Everyone has the same goal to put out the best work possible. Trello has helped us maintain and improve our expectations, even while working from home.
I’m a bit more new to my organization, but from what I know- people really enjoy Trello. It’s ability to keep everyone on the same organized page (board) has helped us continue to work together, while working from home at the same time.

With the use of the slack integration, we’ve been able to post updates and reassign tasks to individuals on projects without having to schedule meetings. This feature has greatly improved our communication which has helped to increase productivity.
Trello has become our go-to project management tool for all projects. It’s become natural for us to implement Trello for any kind of new initiative.

Whenever we open a new store, there are many steps we have to take and different employees are responsible for completing different steps at different times. We created a template card for a new store opening and added a checklist with the correct members associated with each item. Now whenever we have a new store upcoming, we can easily create a new card for it based on that template and everyone knows what they need to do and when to complete their steps. It’s been an incredibly helpful tool for organizing our new store process!
Overall I believe the sentiment around Trello has been positive. We have teams located in different states, and we feel that the ability to consolidate all our projects onto one board and communicate via Trello has been very useful. The plugins and power ups have been easy to learn each time we’ve added a new one.

We were already a remote team but our team has grown since COVID. It allows transparency on policies and projects and enables team members to keep updated on changing priorities. We just started with Business Class and the hope is to fully transition process flows, requests, projects all to Trello.
