We import models of parts, apply toolpaths and manufacture the parts. This is how it happens and how it should happen. If there is an issue we log a case and ALPHACAM always comes up with a solution.
I would recommend ALPHACAM beacuse it integrates with design softwares and file types of all types and makes working with custom parts simple.

We use AlphaCAM to take our templates and produce a finished CAD drawing. We also use it to run our 2 CNC Sasso k600 bridge saws which cut all of our stone slabs.

We can see well in advance if the manufacturing process will result in success in terms of design for manufacturing and design for assembly. ALPHACAM provides also flexibility when the same model is subject to variations. ALPHACAM allows to quickly modify and update a program without having to start all over from scratch.

We utilize ALPHACAM for drawing our parts and creating the NC Code that the CNC equipment needs to run our parts. We often use the customer.s imported dxf, although a lot of times they require “cleaning up”.

I used the features included in the 2021 release to aid me in CAD / CAM for a new CNC machine that we installed into our process. And now with the 2022 release, we are going to use it for the new Industrial 3D Printer that we have installed.
