Crisis Prevention Institute Customer Review
5/5 Stars
My district has had me trained so that I may rollout CPI in its entirety for all Special Education Teachers as well as ancillary supports (paraprofessionals, aides, phys. ed. teachers) in nonverbal deescalation and disengagement skills.
CPI, among so many other things, is a way to give teachers and education professionals the confidence that they can handle a crisis. Because of the shared experience, having this confidence can often prevent crisis from occurring because students and coworkers pick up on that renewed confidence. CPI is a culture-builder.
