I gave them this rating because I have used this program for over 24 years. It has helped me work safely with my special needs students in crisis, in order to help them meet with success throughout the whole school community. Special needs students can have challenging behaviors and this program gives you the tools too access a situation before reacting and the skills needed to deescalate a student when a crisis occurs. It changed the way I think when a conflict arises in my classroom. I am thankful for the tools I have acquired through using this program.
