How our organization uses the CLC Microbial Genomics Module:

We use it for genotyping and serotyping. I have created workflows/databases for AMR, virulence factors, Salmonella serotyping, E.coli serotyping, Flu serotyping, Pseudomonas serotyping. I currently working on a viral metagenomic study using the metagenomics software.

Would you recommend the CLC Microbial Genomics Module?

Yes. ease of useable to lock workflow, integrated with NCBI.
