It works well and reliably!
BlueJeans allows participants to easily connect using a wide range of “endpoints”. We observe that users who have never used it before (i.e. first time meetings) have little or no trouble in connecting – contrary to certain other systems. The BlueJeans client seems to do a good job in selecting the “right” audio-video inputs/outputs automatically (i.e. microphone, camera, etc.) – which seems to be a problem frequently observed with users of other systems (e.g. Skype for Business).
