The ADP staff are very helpful, professional and punctual in answering my queries by telephone and via E-service Portal.
The ADP payroll reports gives us a lot of information very clearly and easy to understand.
The ADP E-service and ESS portal have all the necessary tools for all our payroll processing and reporting requirements.
I am very happy with the payroll service that ADP provides.
I submit a timesheet for our organization’s monthly pay-run via the ADP ESS Portal, the ABA file is uploaded to our bank for salary payment to employees. We use the information from the ADP reports for the payroll payment, Annual and LSL accrual and balances, the payroll tax, ATO PAYG liabilities etc. The Superannuation Guarantee is calculated and paid by ADP to each of our employee’s Super fund monthly. The STP report is lodged with the ATO via ESS after each pay-run.
