After working with QlikView for a month, no one asked for ROI updates or anything else regarding the investment anymore. After completing basic training, we were able to create all our dashboards ourselves. It has automatically enabled cost savings because users get the numbers they need on their own and no one has to prepare it for them.
All it takes for a new user to get started with QlikView is 15 minutes of user training.
After that, the user learns by asking questions that can not be answered by static reports, only with analytic thinking and a BI platform like QlikView.
