Qlik’s Support engineers are usually responsive and able to quickly find out what’s wrong and/or guide me to a quicker resolution than if I had to find it alone.

Please describe what you found the most valuable about Qlik Support compared to other support services.

I like the Support engineers’ willingness to have a quick WebEx / phone chat as opposed to other vendors who seem to not want to do that. It definitely helps the problem-solving process.
