First line support quickly realized they couldn’t help me so they redirected me to someone who could. We had an email discussion and after that I got a phone call so we could solve the issue together which involved screen sharing with the support person.
The people that handled my issue knew what they were talking about and had the required technical knowledge. They also took my issue seriously and trusted that I had the knowledge that I have and that I had done the error searching that I could. Not all support services do these things…
