I love everything about Ranorex; that’s why I have been using it for the last 8-9 years and have seen many significant changes. We use it for Web, API, Databases, and Desktop applications. Nothing to complain about!
Sometimes, Ranorex hangs in between while identifying the elements on the screen; that’s the reason that I have reduced half a point while rating this wonderful tool.
As an Automation Expert, Ranorex is always my first priority to do any kind of POCs and I suggest the same to the client as well. So undoubtedly I have been recommending this tool for so long and will do so in the future as well.

We have a test suite that runs every day looking for defects; we also test SAP against the HTML invoice output that is created. We have some bespoke configurations which we test against on the Web.
Yes, this is a tool I had never used before and was my first step into automation testing. 2.5 years later and I know far more about the product, and still want to learn more!

We have over 100 environments with hundreds of Test Suites and many thousand Test Cases with a very small team. It’s an amazing product.
Ranorex Studio is good but it needs more to be like Visual Studio or IntelliJ.
There are lots of missing DEV features that VSS or IntelliJ has.
There is a missing QA when releasing an update. There are many bugs and stuff that don’t work as expected. Many times we need to wait for minor fixes.
