I have huge support with those I deal with in ADP. They are very helpful at trying to help me find solutions when there is an issue. I love the fact I have one on one meetings every week to look into outstanding tickets.

I have been using ADP Payforce for over 15 years. I find the product user friendly, I am always advised of updates and if I need to call for advice or help it is always productive and helpful.

We have been using Payforce since 2000 and are very pleased with the way the system works.
Weekly, fortnightly and monthly pay runs. We use EPS for our external payments – PAYG, Super, Child Support etc. We have integrated the Emplive time and attendance system with Payforce, which works much better than our old time and attendance system. Employees access pay slips via ADP website.

It caters for most things I need for payroll. Having used it and its precursor forms and formerly worked at what is now ADP for 11 years, I am very comfortable with the product and wouldn’t want to use anything else.

ADP consultants within the managed service teams help the day to day processing run smoothly. They are helpful and efficient.
ADP manages our payroll system. Our employee use ESS to manage leave requests to manager. Payroll process our monthly and weekly payroll upon receiving the variable data from the payroll team. The reports have helped our EOM processes cutting my time in half for reporting then any previous systems used.

Payroll services are always accurate and on time, queries through the eService are almost every time answered quickly and accurately.
Managing employees data is very easy and reports are sufficient for what we need as an organisation.
Our employees are paid monthly, every month we complete Web Timesheets after which we receive a Pre-Pay confirmation report that gives us the ability to make any changes prior to processing the pay run. Once checked we give our approval to process the pay-run. Once ADP processes the pay-run, we receive all the reports that we’ve contracted to receive. We then authorise STP pay event for ATO purposes. ADP also pays on our behalf PAYG directly to the ATO as well as distribute all our Super payments.

It’s easy to use and accurate.
Reporting is comprehensive and more than enough to provide to the auditors and accountants.
We collect our own times from TLM Attendance Manager.
Record the hours worked in a spreadsheet and key in the hours worked into ADP to produce and deposit staff payments and create their pay slips.
We download all payroll reports to use for accounting and auditing.
