We’ve had two Account Managers we’ve worked with, being Colleen Osborne first and Trisha Hummel second. Both have been professional and attentive to our needs. They are proactive by following up with us on prior conversations and have been able to assist in a clear and concise manner each time an issue arises. Very smooth overall!
I would say that you are in capable hands if the SurePrep Account Manager you are assigned would be Colleen Osbourne or Trisha Hummel.
