TaxCaddy is exceptionally user-friendly and I was able to “get used to it” immediately. It’s also a great way to keep the lines of communication open between myself, my spouse and our tax advisor. I was the first of my siblings to try TaxCaddy and, after using it, I immediately told them that it was extremely easy to use and a huge improvement. They agreed after they tried it themselves. TaxCaddy has changed my entire approach to tax season. I used to gather all of my tax documents and information into a big file folder and wait until I thought I had everything I needed. Next, I would sit down for hours to wade through it all. Finally, I would take everything to Kinko’s to make copies before overnight-mailing the originals (expensive!) With TaxCaddy, I am able to upload documents easily.
In fact, I found that every time I received something in the mail, I would log in and upload it right away. A few minutes here and there is much better than a last minute marathon session. So easy!
