Although I did not measure it and it was my first user experience with TaxCaddy, I sensed that I spent much less time on completing the questionnaire via TaxCaddy than last year via e-questionnaire. I also liked that my tax professional could be tracking my progress and we could resolve any question almost instantly. Overall, it was a very good user experience and I would like to use TaxCaddy next year.
Tax Caddy simplified the process by eliminating the need to make multiple copies. It also provided an immediate receipt of documents versus having to rely on Federal Express or the US Mail. The ease of downloading information directly to [TaxCaddy] was a tremendous time-saver.

Very convenient to use. I don’t have to store a bunch of records until the end of the year then pass them on to my accountant. Tax season is very difficult for every account and client to get together. This made life easier for him and me.
TaxCaddy simplified the process and told me which documents I needed instead of me trying to remember what was needed. I would hope that next year will be even easier. The system was reasonably easy to navigate for a first time user.
