Server & Application Monitor is agentless and easy to deploy. Also, it has numerous out-of-the-box application templates packed with definition/explanation on the components being monitored.
SolarWinds Server & Application Monitor allows you to set global or specific thresholds on the monitored components depending on its importance. It also has an option to use the latest baseline threshold to allow for more accurate alerting, which I haven’t seen from other monitoring tools.
