SolarWinds Network Configuration Manager Customer Review

4.5/5 Stars

How our organization uses SolarWinds Network Configuration Management:

We use NCM for backing up configurations of our network devices. We also use it to figure out if someone made a change and forgot to do a “write mem” by comparing the startup and running configurations. I realize there are even more features that we haven’t taken advantage of yet. I’m hoping at some point IT will have time to “grow into” those features and take advantage of the full product.

SolarWinds Network Configuration Manager Customer Testimonial

Prior to using NCM, there was very little standardization and security was more of an afterthought than a primary focus. Using NCM we have found and brought all of our devices into compliance and as a result, passed a security audit by an outside auditor who was specifically looking for many things we had already taken care of using NCM.

Craig Norborg, Network Engineer, Genesis HealthCare Corporation

Saved us time and confusion with configurations, as well as helped us identify network devices that needed to be replaced before they became an issue or unsupported.

Travis Phifer, Network Engineer, Tri-State Generation and Transmission Association, Inc.
