To answer this would take pages. It has cut our tech support needs for Clients dramatically. Where we used to field 6-8 support calls a week, we now only get 1. And, more often than not it turns out to be related to systems, not SW.
Simply put, it goes in as it is supposed to, works as it is supposed to, and rarely breaks down. In the off times we have needed your help to resolve a problem, you were there quickly and worked out the issue. It is dependable, reliable, and secure. What else can one ask for?

Yes, SolarWinds has made my job easier. Backups go through successfully every night and any problems are reported in a timely fashion. Also, troubleshooting errors is much easier through the web console, and those are rare.

Compared to our previous solution, SolarWinds’ backup has cut down our admin time of backups by 90%. Our old system used to fail all the time. With SolarWinds, we get a few that fail. With the reporting, this is easy to see and easy to rectify.

Resolving any backup problems used to be a huge hassle. Now, anytime a problem occurs it is usually a pretty easy fix. If not, the support staff is ready to help solve the issue.

Multiple choices for remote desktop access. If a customer is using TeamViewer, we are not able to use the same product. In the past, this was a real issue.

I would probably say 100% easier as I don’t have to spend more time manually checking back-ups.
I probably recommend Solarwinds to all clients and I’m still going to recommend it because I saw end results from it.
