We started our relationship with Pulsant in January 2016 as part of a wider structural change to our business. This has allowed us to downsize our premises and enabled our team to work more flexibly, whilst improving the overall service we are able to deliver to our customers.

Please describe your experience with the Pulsant representatives who deliver your service?

Our Account Manager, Wayne Russell, took the time to understand what we were trying to achieve and the proposal we received, as a result, matched what we were looking for. During our initial migration to the Newcastle Data Centre, the team there was extremely helpful and responsive and I am pleased that the level of service has been maintained. The Newcastle Data Centre seems to be very well managed and run and hopefully not too much will change as it is brought into the Pulsant family. Overall, our move to Pulsant (Onyx) has meant that the overall uptime we are able to provide to our clients has increased and we have managed to retain clients who were discussing moving to large Cloud providers, such as AWS and Azure.
