From what I have seen in other systems, LabWare has been understanding of cost restraints in government applications. This system is very easy to learn and maintain with a service contract. It is nice to have an option to get other services like consultation without it being shoved down your throat like other applications do. For this reason I have recommended it to other government agencies and start-up labs.
