Gusto benefits provides a knowledgeable staff that is not the insurance company which is great backup for my small business. Often I don’t have the answer for my employees and Gusto is there to help. We didn’t have benefits for our employees before coming onboard with Gusto, however because I would have had to administer it and the cost seemed daunting, it didn’t seem like an option until we had Gusto. Another thing I don’t have to do is always appreciated.
