We moved all our Excel test cases into TestRail and we test all our client website projects through TestRail.
Yes, because you create the test case once and can reuse it for test runs. You can see status clearly and in Jira as well. Much more professional.

We use [TestRail] for tracking all forms of testing and integration of our automation framework. This allows us to get automated testing and manual testing to use a single reporting system.
The next step we intend on doing is measuring the QA time so we can predict QA testing time. This will allow us to measure hiring efforts in the future as well as release cadence which is ultimately what any organization wants.
Yes: [TestRail] is extremely intuitive and can be used in a variety of ways for testing, including functional/regression testing, exploratory testing, UX acceptance and load testing (among others). It is by far the best test tracking tool in the market right now.

Haaris Abbasi, a Director of Engineering at Presto, would be very likely to recommend TestRail for this reason:
[TestRail] gives a holistic view of our current testing progress. Test Management for JIRA is not a scalable solution for test plans and things of this nature. The UX and results of TestRail are by far the most intuitive out of all test planning tools.

Gleb Budko, a Software Developer at Autodesk, Inc., would be very likely to recommend TestRail for this reason:
I am the one who did research for a test case management tool for our company. I compared different tools and TestRail was much better compared to the others. TestRail works really fast. It has a clean simple UI. Compared to other similar tools, the UI is really clean.
Most important is that TestRail has a really good workflow and intuitive test case management.
