Dispatching is a lot more efficient. I no longer have to call our technicians to see what their schedules are looking like before I dispatch something. Now I can just dispatch an emergency call or site survey without having to worry about scheduling conflicts too much and can contact clients accordingly.
When customers call asking roughly what time our technicians will be at their home it is also a lot quicker and more efficient. Again, I do not need to call them with the ETA because now it is on my screen.
Finding clients’ information has never been easier. Before our technicians would call me throughout the day asking for clients’ information because they either cannot read the handwriting or the information says to call me. Now our technicians have all the information they need right at their fingertips.
