I like scheduling depositions with EsquireConnect, and being able to modify, cancel, retrieve transcripts, exhibits, etc. It makes the whole process much easier, especially if you cannot locate the paper copy. Logging into EsquireConnect and retrieving the document again is simple and efficient.

EsquireConnect has made scheduling depositions so easy! And most importantly, I don’t need to set any time aside to do it, such as call, wait on hold, repeat spelling of names, etc. I love how streamlined scheduling and payments are with EsquireConnect.

EsquireConnect is beyond convenient. I use it to schedule, upload notices, and to obtain deposition transcripts and exhibits. It’s perfect!!! I do not enjoy talking on the phone, so the fact that if I need a transcript, I’m able to go online and obtain/download them. This is perfect for us.

I find the emails, which I can attach to the appointment in our document/calendar management system in EsquireConnect to be an excellent way to keep track of deposition information, as well as to be able to forward Zoom information. With EsquireConnect, it’s easy to get exhibits to the tech for screen sharing.

Working with vendors is always challenging as many account managers have difficulty understanding processes and return on investment. Our Esquire account manager goes above and beyond to make sure everything is working well or is addressed ASAP.
