While I have yet to really dive into DirectCourse and have only been using it for a month or so, I’ve enjoyed the ease of use and the support for how to use it when I needed help whether it be via email or phone.

We use DirectCourse specifically to help our DSPs earn their credentials through the NADSP. The website was straight-forward to use and there was ample training material for our staff to choose from.
