I had to jump through many hoops to even initiate a support ticket (which you never want to do when you are in a situation when you need Tech support). Once I was in contact with support I very rarely am able to talk to someone on the phone who will help me. They simply refer me to FAQs which I have the ability to search for and find myself. If I push back that I have read those FAQs then they require me to collect jump through another bunch of hoops before they will even start to look into the problem. Then they take many hours looking over all they stuff I give them only to send an email with some suggestions that I have to preform by myself or they say there is nothing they can do. Their tech support is getting better but essentially in my mind its useless which is a scary thought because I am not a pro at DataCore and this leaves me in a very vulnerable position." Would you recommend the DataCore Technical Support team, and if so, why? "NOPE. They have very rarely ever helped me in a timely, helpful way." |
