Constant engagement from Account Executives and staying on top of our needs.

What needs improvement?

We need some clarification on support services. For example, when they are billed and when they are included in the service. This is especially confusing in SAAS model of CRM that we have.

Our service delivery manager is on a call with us every week. He knows of any items that need to be worked on and makes sure that we work together to get them done. Also, he informs us on any additional urgent items that might have come up during the week.
