I had to build the infrastructure from scratch with no formal or informal classes. The course filled in the blanks and gave me reference points to areas I can improve upon on our next monumental iteration of the product in our environment. And of course, try out a few ideas which I haven’t seen anywhere else.

What would you tell to someone considering taking a Citrix training course?

Prepare for the class. Watch the introduction of e-learning courses to be familiar with what you will be learning. Use it as a guide, and don’t worry if you become lost or fall behind. Learn, and then, if you are able to, retake the course. Take the information from the second learning experience and create a proper project to build your infrastructure correctly. And, have your management watch the short introduction videos to understand.
