Citrix Managed Services is used to manage our Virtual Apps and Desktops and Citrix ADC environment. The Managed Services team is responsible for adding removing, and changing applications delivered in the environment. The team is also responsible for responding to break/fix incidents related to the Citrix environment.

Citrix Managed Services (CMS) adds value to our organization because it can be challenging to get good Citrix technical resources. For the number of CMS resources allocated to our account, I would never be able to hire competent Citrix resources for what I pay annually for the contract.
