If you have been working in the Citrix field for a couple of years, or for over 20 years as I have, no matter how much you know, Management will have more confidence in your skills and decision making capabilities if you have that certification to back you up.

Industry recognition, it has been helpful as our company proceeds through mergers to be certified when HR is doing evaluations. The new process of being able to re-certify without retesting is a great benefit to customers.
