Use Case

CellTrak’s skilled trainers met the needs of this small business health care company’s operational staff. Staff members were able to choose how and when they were trained, which enabled them to have the necessary flexibility to adopt the new mobile device and learn its processes. Trainers teaching staff the importance of data from the Operational Team portal also made their implementation of CellTrak successful.

In addition to completing instructor-led training about the new devices, CellTrak’s train-the-trainer method helped familiarize staff with the devices. Live webinars, CellTrak University, and supplemental training materials were helpful resources for transitioning from old systems to new software.

Results

Use Case

Home Healthcare, Hospice, and Community Services realized that they could increase the safety of their staff as well as improve staff compliance with the organization’s policies and regulations if they adopted CellTrak.

Home Healthcare, Hospice, and Community Services was able to successfully implement CellTrak Technologies with the education and training provided to meet caregiver and operational staff needs. With this training, caregivers quickly adapted to the new system and were taught how to convert paper forms to online forms. Trainers also explained the importance of data found in the CellTrak Operational Team Portal. The supplemental materials following instructor-led training and live webinars were a helpful addition during Home Healthcare, Hospice and Community Services’ transition to CellTrak.

Results

After the successful implementation of Celltrak, Home Healthcare, Hospice, and Community improved their staff safety, regulation compliance, efficiency of business processes, and their care services compliance. Visits per caregiver increased by 10-20%, and therefore improved productivity. Late starts or missed visits were reduced among the field staff.
