We shifted from Teams to BlueJeans and attendees immediately noticed the higher quality audio and easy to use apps (desktop & mobile). It keeps the team more effective with the meeting snapshots & highlights feature.
I would recommend BlueJeans if you are interested in a higher quality voice, easier to use application, and feature rich customizations not available elsewhere at all (or if they do a large scale Enterprise license is required).

We pivoted online in March 2020 to deliver all our services and required a highly secure, easy-to-use service as we were working with under 18s outside of supervised classroom environments. BlueJeans provided us everything we needed and has improved its own features over the last year+, more than we expected.
