BlueJeans has allowed our residents to visit via video with their families. Additionally it has allowed staff meetings to continue during the Covid19 restrictions for meetings.
I would recommend BlueJeans as it is very easy to schedule meetings, the video and sound quality is excellent and it is easy to for parents to use on their end.

We had a need when COVID-19 hit and we had a number of staff tele-commuting. We hadn’t really had a need in the past.
