I tried Zoom – there were too many Security issues, especially having the encryption keys in China and the fact that calls can be routed through China.
WebEx – good, but not as friendly to use and the quality was not as good.
Go-To-Meeting – Poor support
I have been recommending BlueJeans, even prior to Verizon’s move to acquire them. Renaming and Recording are key features I use.

I contacted several webinar companies to ask for a demo, so I could convert my in-person training to online/video. BlueJeans was first to get back to me. In my conversation with the rep, the rep suggested I didn’t need the pricier webinar solution, but could do a better job with my 15 person interactive hands-on training using BlueJeans Meetings. THIS WAS EXCELLENT SERVICE, and was a major decision factor for me.
I would recommend using BlueJeans. An important factor was Linux desktop support (I run Fedora). BlueJeans has great Linux support.
