When the pandemic first hit, the videoconferencing platform we were using was unusable. It never worked, it was overwhelmed with the traffic. So I started a week-long process of constantly checking all the down detections for conferencing systems, and BlueJeans had the least amount of issues. So we switched and have been using it ever since it’s very reliable!
BlueJeans was reliable and easy to use when the whole world suddenly need to go virtual. It made our switch so much easier and less stressful. The customer service has been very good and I think it’s the best conferencing service available.
