We’d been using all the original Search index tools and features; she helped us switch over from a legacy account to a new plan and pricing model. Now we can use AI Synonyms, Dynamic Re-Ranking, and try out more in the future.
Yes! It’s an incredible platform with features for product companies like us where Search is a fundamental and critical component — our engineers don’t have to build these complex search features or indexes that we’d never be able to achieve at our scale for our customers. Our Subscriber base is very large and being a Media/Catalog licensing company, search is the epicenter of how users convert, engage, and retain with us.
