We have it polling the network every 18 hours so it picks up IP addresses that may only be used at certain times of the day/night. All the IT technicians have access to it to allocate IP addresses and are no longer reliant on 1 or 2 people issuing them from spreadsheets.
I would recommend SolarWinds IP Address Manager as it makes life simpler for all the IT technicians.
