Research Methodology

This QuickSheet is based upon data collected from customers of Data Domain. TechValidate surveyed 29 users and purchasers of Data Domain system between July 30, 2008 and August 7, 2008. Respondents had the following demographic profile:

  • 28% of respondents were from a Large Enterprise (> 5,000 employees), 24% of respondents were from a Small Business (<100 employees), 24% of respondents were from a Medium Enterprise (between 100 to 5,000 employees)
  • 24% of respondents were from the Professional Services industry, 14% of respondents were from the Financial Services industry, 10% of respondents were from the Government industry
