The Director of Account Management is responsible for structuring and supporting our engagements with all of our customers, and ultimately accountable for retention. This role is unique because you will be tasked with building out an Account Management team and processes to support existing as well as new product lines.
High touch client service is a critical element of our success. In this role, you will be a key customer advocate and ambassador to our fast growing customer base. You will work directly with marketing professionals to ensure that they achieve their objectives with the TechValidate application.
